Our Services

While Dennojo offers private, self-contained apartments, our dedicated staff are on site to ensure a seamless and comfortable stay. From handling reservations and check-in to providing guidance within the property and around the village, we are here to support every aspect of your visit.
We are happy to assist with luggage delivery and shipping, restaurant and rental shop recommendations, lift ticket arrangements, and any other requests you may have. Experience a level of warm, attentive hospitality found only at Dennojo, and enjoy a truly special and memorable stay.

Reservations

Reservations made through our official website offer the best available rates.Bookings are accepted from approximately one year prior to your desired stay date.
Please note that during the winter peak season, a minimum stay requirement and a strict cancellation policy apply. For availability or any other inquiries, feel free to contact us.

Winter Payment Policy

  • Reservation made more than 90 days prior to arrival: 20% of the accommodation total is required to confirm a reservation. The remaining balance is due 90 days prior to arrival.
  • Reservation made 90 days or less prior to arrival: 100% of the total is required to confirm a reservation.

Winter Cancellation Policy

  • Canceling more than 180 days prior to arrival : 5% of the total amount is non-refundable or transferable.
  • Canceling between 180 days to 90 days prior to arrival : 20% of the total amount is non-refundable or transferable.
  • Canceling 90 days or less prior to arrival: 100% of the total is non-refundable or transferable.
  • Cancellation policy applies to any changes of the accommodation bookings. 
  • We strongly advise guests to have Travel Insurance cover to protect themselves against unexpected changes to their travel plans and in the case of any injuries.

Summer Payment Policy

  • Reservation made more than 14 days prior to arrival: 50% of the accommodation total is required to confirm a reservation. The remaining balance is due 14 days prior to arrival.
  • Reservation made 14 days or less prior to arrival: 100% of the accommodation total is required to confirm a reservation.

Summer Cancellation Policy

  • Canceling more than 14 days prior to arrival : Free cancellation
  • Canceling between 14 days to 3 days prior to arrival : 50% of the accommodation total amount is non-refundable or transferable.
  • Canceling 3 days or less prior to arrival: 100% of the accommodation total is non-refundable or transferable.
